The Latest Mortgage Rates At Quicken Loans, Bank Of America and Suntrust

The latest mortgage rates at some of the largest mortgage lenders went unchanged through the weekend. the traditional mortgage rates for 30 year fixed loans at Quicken Loans is 3.75% with an APR of 3.987%. The 15 year fixed rate mortgage loans are at 2.99% and 3.25% APR. The 5 year ARM rates are at 3.125% with an APR of 3.188%. Quicken Loans also offers 5 year VA ARMs and 30 Year fixed VA loans. The 5 year ARM VA loans are at 2.75% with an APR of 2.71 and the 30 year VA Loan is at 3.50% with an APR of 3.75%.

Over at Bank Of America, their loan rates are the following. The 30 year fixed mortgage rates are at 3.75% with an APR of 3.83%. Their 5 year ARM mortgage loan rate is at 3.00% with an APR of 3.02%. Their 15 year fixed rate is at 3.00% with an APR of 3.35%.

The Suntrust mortgage loan rates are the following. Their 30 year fixed mortgage loan rates are at 3.75% with an APR of 3.86%. Their 15 year fixed rate mortgage loans are at 2.99% with an APR of 3.19%. Their 5 year ARM mortgage loan rates are 3.2% with an APR of 3.02%. They also offer 30 year FHA mortgage loans and the rates for that loan are at 3.5% with an APR of 5.11%.
