Today’s mortgage rates from some of the top lenders are spotlighted. To start off, Citi’s rates will be first. Home loan rates today are as follows.

Citi Bank mortgage rates as of Monday September 29th 2014 are as follows. Their 30 year fixed rate is 4.125%, the points are .500 and the APR is at 4.267%. Their 15 year fixed rate is 3.500, the points are 0.0 and the APR is 3.672%. Citi also offers refinance rates. Their 30 year fixed refinance rate is 4.125% with 1.375 points and an APR of 4.325%. Their 15 year fixed refinance rates are 3.625% with 0.250 points and an APR of 3.807%.

Quicken loans mortgage rates are as follows for today. Their 30 year fixed mortgage rate is 4.25% with an APR of 4.45%. Their 15 year fixed mortgage rate is 3.375% with an APR of 3.815%. They also offer 5 year ARM rates at 3.125% with an APR of 3.188%. They offer 5 year VA ARM loans at 2.75% with a APR at 2.614%.

Suntrust mortgage rates as of Monday, September 29th 2014 are: Their 30 year fixed rate mortgage is 4.125% with an APR of 4.231%. Their 15 year fixed rate mortgage is 3.3% with an APR of 3.50%. They have 30 year fixed rate jumbo loans at 4.3% with an APR of 4.40%.
