Mortgage Rates Jump To 4.39%

Today the mortgage rates for a 30-year loan jumped to 4.39%. That increase was a .08% jump from the previous week. The previous week the average 30-year mortgage rates were 4.31% according to Freddie Mac. Even though the rates are increasing, the home sales are up and the rates are still low enough to get a great deal.
